What is Eutony?
Eutony is based on sensory perception. It was developed by Gerda Alexander (1908-1994) as a means of balancing tensions in the body, moving effortlessly and becoming more attuned to one's surroundings.
Eutony has its origins in education, healing and art. Her practice can benefit people in all walks of life, whether they are in physical or emotional pain or simply want to enrich their lives.

In the 80 odd years since the first Eutony school was founded,
the method was established as a selfcare body method in various countries.
